What happens if I select a payment plan option at the time of enrollment and my financial situation changes before I’ve made all of my monthly payments?
If you’ve selected a payment plan option, you’ve agreed to pay all fees following the payment schedule outlined at checkout.
In the event of unanticipated financial hardship, you may request an extended Financial Hardship Payment Plan, which allows you to pause payments for a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days and extend monthly payments for the remaining balance for a maximum of six (6) additional months, thereby lowering the monthly payment amount.
In the event of financial difficulty, it is your responsibility to contact us at info@astrologywithheather.com no later than one calendar week before your next upcoming scheduled payment to avoid late fees.
Financial Hardship Payment Plans are not guaranteed and require a Payment Plan Amendment to be agreed upon and signed.
